They give you all the important vitamins and minerals which actually contribute to your over all health. This is why vitamins and minerals are known as functional foods. They perform specific functions in the body and keep you away from small and big disorders and diseases. It would become too much if I start to mention all the functions of all the vitamins and minerals and so I would keep that for future blogs.
